About the event
Come join us for our first full moon flow and guided meditation on November 12th at 8pm. The full moon is a time to let go of anything that is no longer serving you and absorb the full moon energy to help rejuvenate and restart. There will be a special guest, Nichole Causey from Soulshine Reiki Healing, who will guide us in a short meditation at the beginning and end of the flow to help us connect to, and utilize this magical moon energy. Each person who attends will also go home with a moon charged crystal! And as always, wine will be served afterwards.
