Full Moon Flow and Guided Meditation (July)

Come join us for a full moon flow on July 23rd starting at 7:30pm.  The full moon is a time to let go of anything that is no longer serving you and absorb the full moon energy to help rejuvenate and restart.  This will be a gentle flow class which includes a mini guided meditation, all levels welcome.  As always, wine will be served afterwards and for those that wish to participate, there will be a small burning ceremony where you can write down your worries and physically set fire to anything that no longer serves you.  

Tickets must be purchased in advance of the event as there is limited space.
