Welcome to our 4th event in the new yoga series centered around the 7 chakras or energy points within the body. This month, join us for a gentle yoga flow that includes a heart chakra activation ceremony, all centered around loving ourselves and others.

About the event
This event will be held outside on a screened in patio, under the night's sky. The class will start at 7:30pm so please arrive a few minutes early to get yourself settled on your mat.
This is the 4th month in our chakra series and in April we will focus on the 4th energy center within the body known as the heart chakra. The event include the hour long self love boosting yoga class plus a special heart chakra activation ceremony. This event also includes a jade crystal and heart chakra oil blend that is yours to keep + a complimentary cocktail. The entire evening will focus on opening up your heart chakra to help focus on strengthening your abilities to give and recieve love.
