Yoga Under the Stars (April 2023)

Spring time brings new growth so our focus this month is raising our personal vibrations to make room for new growth along our spiritual journeys.  To aid us in raising our vibrations we will work with two crystals this month, the blue sapphire and clear quartz.  The blue sapphire is a stone of harmony and wisdom and encourages personal growth while the clear quartz is a powerhouse stone as it holds high vibrations on its own but also amplifies the energy of stones around it. 

This event will be held outside on a screened in patio, under the night's sky.  The yoga class will start at 7:30pm so please arrive a few minutes early to get yourself settled on your mat.  This gentle flow class will last roughly 1 hour and will be followed by a short vibration raising breathwork exercise.
