Yoga Under the Stars (August 2023)

This month we will be graced with not one, but TWO super moons, making this next full moon a super blue moon. In preparation for the upcoming moon cycle, we are going to learn a little about how we can best align with the moon's powerful energies during each of its phases to manifest our deepest desires.  The night will begin with an empowering yoga flow to get us in the right mindset to create our intentions for the upcoming moon cycle.  We will then learn about the different phases of the moon and how we can best work with the moon's energy shifts to bring our intentions to fruition.  

This month will be a little different as we will all have homework!  I bet you didn't think back-to-school would mean you had homework this august too! But don't worry, it will be fun and worth the extra effort, I promise!   

Each of you will create your own smudge spray, equiped with oils and crystals, to carry with you throughout the month. You can use your smudge spray to cleanse yourself, your space or even an object that may help you along your manifesting journey.  During the class, we will each identify our intention for the coming month and then during each moon phase I will send you and emails that will help guide you and keep you on track to reach your intention goals. 

This event will be held outside on a screened in patio, under the night's sky.  The event will start at 7:30pm so please arrive a few minutes early to get yourself settled on your mat.  This gentle, yet empowering yoga flow will last roughly 1 hour and will include a short meditation.  We will create our smudge spray and set our intentions for the upcoming month after the yoga flow. 

As always, a complimentary cocktail will also be served for your sipping pleasure. It's going to be a magical evening, one you don't want to miss!
