About the event
This event will be held outside on a screened in patio, under the night's sky. The yoga class will start at 7:30pm so please arrive a few minutes early to get yourself settled on your mat. This gentle flow class will last roughly 1 hour.
The holiday times can be stressful and hectic so during this event we will work on grounding postures as well as learn some techniques you can do at home that are centered around grounding and presence. This event will also include a grounding oil as well as a gorgous smoky quartz crystal point.
As always, a complimentary (holiday) cocktail will also be served. It's going to be a magical evening, one you don't want to miss!
