Yoga Under the Stars (December 2023)

This month we are focusing on finding our inner peace and joy throughout the hectic holiday season.  Our yoga practice will be centered around calming postures to relax the mind and body and help us release any stress we are holding.  The practice will be end with a short meditation centered around joy to keep the postive mindset going throughout the evening. 

This event will be held outside on a screened in patio, under the night's sky.  The event will start at 7:30pm so please arrive a few minutes early to get yourself settled on your mat.  This gentle yoga flow will last roughly 1 hour, including the short meditation.  After the flow, we will gather for a mini candle magic workshot centered around peace and joy.

As always, a themed complimentary cocktail will also be served for your sipping pleasure. It's going to be a magical evening, one you don't want to miss!
