DATE CHANGE: Final Yoga Under the Stars- Goddess and Chakra Series

Welcome friends, to the 12th and final month of tapping into the 12 chakras and our inner Goddess. Throughout this year we have focused on tapping into the essence of our inner goddess, letting her radiate brilliantly across every facet of our lives, while also focusing on opening up our chakras. The goal of this series has been to harmonize mind, body, and spirit with the divine goddess dwelling within each of us. Each month in the series has centered around one of the 12 chakras, those energy focal points within and around the body. We've paired each chakra with a specific goddesses energy and each month has included a special alignment exercise.
