Yoga Under the Stars- Goddess and Chakra Series- Sept '24

Welcome friends, to the 9th month of the Inner Goddess/Chakra Series! While this series does have a specific order we will follow, you can dive in at any time, so do not fret if you missed a month. In this series you will tap into the essence of your inner goddess, letting her radiate brilliantly across every facet of your life. The goal of this series is to harmonize mind, body, and spirit with the divine goddess dwelling within each of us. Each month in the series will center around one of the 12 chakras, those energy focal points within and around the body. We'll align each chakra with a specific goddesses energy and two key archetypes associated with it. Each month will also have a special chakra alignment exercise.
