Yoga Under the Stars- Goddess Series Part 1

Welcome friends, to the NEW captivating Inner Goddess Series! Delve into the essence of your inner goddess, letting her radiate brilliantly across every facet of your life. The goal of this series is to harmonize mind, body, and spirit with the divine goddess dwelling within each of us. Each month in the series will center around one of the 12 chakras, those energy focal points within and around the body. We'll align each chakra with a goddess and two key archetypes associated with it.

In January, our focus is on embracing the zero chakra—the earth star chakra—and our connection to Gaia, the goddess of Mother Earth. Our yoga practice will revolve around grounding postures, fostering a connection with Gaia's serene stability and nurturing essence.

The event is held outdoors on a screened-in patio, beneath the night sky. The yoga practice begins at 7:30 pm, please arrive a few minutes early to settle yourself onto your mat. The gentle yoga flow, including a brief meditation, will last approximately one hour. The evening will include a workshop exploring the energy of Mother Gaia, utilizing the earth star chakra, and integrating this grounding, stable energy into our lives. Attendees will also receive a take-home packet containing a grounding crystal, oil, and a surprise item you each will select/craft during the workshop.

As tradition dictates, a themed complimentary cocktail will be served during the event. It promises to be a magical experience—an evening you won't want to miss!
