Yoga Under the Stars- Goddess Series Part 2

Welcome friends, to month two of the Inner Goddess Series! While this series does have a specific order we will follow, you can dive in at any time, so do not fret if you missed the first month. In this series you will tap into the essence of your inner goddess, letting her radiate brilliantly across every facet of your life. The goal of this series is to harmonize mind, body, and spirit with the divine goddess dwelling within each of us. Each month in the series will center around one of the 12 chakras, those energy focal points within and around the body. We'll align each chakra with a goddess and two key archetypes associated with it.

In February our focus is on the 1st chakra—the root chakra—and our connection to Shakti, the goddess of energy, movement and sheer power. Our yoga practice will revolve around grounding postures and fostering a connection with Shakti's devine feminine and transformative essence.

The event is held outdoors on a screened-in patio, beneath the night sky. The yoga practice begins at 7:30 pm, please arrive a few minutes early to settle yourself onto your mat. The gentle yoga flow will last approximately one hour. The evening will include a meditation practice around syncing with earth's elements and strengthening our root system.  Attendees will also receive a goodie bag containing items that will help  strengthen the root chakra and connection to Shakti. 

As tradition dictates, a themed complimentary cocktail will be served during the event. It promises to be a magical experience—an evening you won't want to miss!
