Yoga Under the Stars- Goddess Series Part 3 (NEW DATE)

Welcome friends, to the third month of the Inner Goddess/Chakra Series! While this series does have a specific order we will follow, you can dive in at any time, so do not fret if you missed a month. In this series you will tap into the essence of your inner goddess, letting her radiate brilliantly across every facet of your life. The goal of this series is to harmonize mind, body, and spirit with the divine goddess dwelling within each of us. Each month in the series will center around one of the 12 chakras, those energy focal points within and around the body. We'll align each chakra with a goddess and two key archetypes associated with it.

In March our focus is on the 2nd chakra—the sacral chakra—and our connection to Brigid, the goddess of spring, fertility and life. Our yoga practice will revolve around postures to open up our sacral chakras, our energy center for creativity, passion and inspiration so we can better align with our inner goddess that fosters creation. 

The event is held outdoors on a screened-in patio, beneath the night sky. The yoga practice begins at 7:30 pm, please arrive a few minutes early to settle yourself onto your mat. The gentle yoga flow will last approximately one hour followed by a sacral chakra balancing exercise.  Attendees will also receive a goodie bag containing items that will help  strengthen the sacral chakra and connection to their inner Brigid Goddess. 

As tradition dictates, a themed complimentary cocktail will be served during the event. It promises to be a magical experience—an evening you won't want to miss!
