Yoga Under the Stars- Goddess Series Part 6

Welcome friends, to the 6th month of the Inner Goddess/Chakra Series! While this series does have a specific order we will follow, you can dive in at any time, so do not fret if you missed a month. In this series you will tap into the essence of your inner goddess, letting her radiate brilliantly across every facet of your life. The goal of this series is to harmonize mind, body, and spirit with the divine goddess dwelling within each of us. Each month in the series will center around one of the 12 chakras, those energy focal points within and around the body. We'll align each chakra with a specific goddesses energy and two key archetypes associated with it. Each month will also have a special chakra alignment exercise. 

In the month of June, our focus is on the 5th chakra—the throat chakra—and our connection to Iris the Goddess of communication. Our yoga practice will revolve around postures to open up our throat chakras, our energy center for expression and communication as well as the first of our upper chakras and the entrance to the higher spiritual realms. During our practice we will also work to better align with our inner Iris goddess to encourage strength and clarity in our communication.

The event is held outdoors on a screened-in patio, beneath the night sky. The yoga practice begins at 7:30 pm, please arrive a few minutes early to settle yourself onto your mat. The gentle yoga flow will last approximately one hour followed by a throat chakra opening exercise.  Attendees will also receive a goodie bag containing items that will help strengthen and balance the throat chakra and connection to their inner Iris Goddess. 

As tradition dictates, a themed complimentary cocktail will be served during the event. It promises to be a magical experience—an evening you won't want to miss!
