Yoga Under the Stars- Goddess Series Part 8

Welcome friends, to the 8th month of the Inner Goddess/Chakra Series! While this series does have a specific order we will follow, you can dive in at any time, so do not fret if you missed a month. In this series you will tap into the essence of your inner goddess, letting her radiate brilliantly across every facet of your life. The goal of this series is to harmonize mind, body, and spirit with the divine goddess dwelling within each of us. Each month in the series will center around one of the 12 chakras, those energy focal points within and around the body. We'll align each chakra with a specific goddesses energy and two key archetypes associated with it. Each month will also have a special chakra alignment exercise. 

In the month of August, our focus is on the 7th chakra—the crown chakra—and our connection to Saraswati the Goddess of learning and widsom. Our yoga practice will revolve around postures to open up our crown chakras, where our consciousness and our primary connection to universe resides . During our practice we will also work to better align with our inner Saraswati Goddess to encourage the opening of our crown chakra.

The event is held outdoors on a screened-in patio, beneath the night sky. The yoga practice begins at 7:30 pm, please arrive a few minutes early to settle yourself onto your mat. The gentle yoga flow will last approximately one hour followed by a crown chakra opening exercise.  Attendees will also receive a goodie bag containing items that will help strengthen and balance thecrown chakra and connection to their inner Goddess. 

As tradition dictates, a themed complimentary cocktail will be served during the event. It promises to be a magical experience—an evening you won't want to miss!
