in 2022 we will be focusing on a new yoga series centered around the 7 chakras or energy points within the body. This month, join us for a gentle grounding yoga flow followed by a root chakra activation ceremony.

About the event
This event will be held outside on a screened in patio, under the night's sky. The class will start at 7:30pm so please arrive a few minutes early to get yourself settled on your mat. If the weather is chilly there will be a heater on the patio but please dress appropriately.
Starting this month, you can sign up for "in person" or "live stream". Both options include the hour long grounding yoga class plus a special root chakra activation ceremony. This event also includes a red jasper stone and root chakra oil blend that is yours to keep. If you are signing up virtually, these items will be mailed to you along with information on ways to use these items to assist in balancing your root chakra.
