in 2022 we will be focusing on a new yoga series centered around the 7 chakras or energy points within the body. This month, join us for a gentle grounding yoga flow followed by a root chakra activation ceremony.

About the event
This event will be held outside on a screened in patio, under the night's sky. Â The class will start at 7:30pm so please arrive a few minutes early to get yourself settled on your mat. If the weather is chilly there will be a heater on the patio but please dress appropriately. Â
Starting this month, you can sign up for "in person" or "live stream". Â Both options include the hour long grounding yoga class plus a special root chakra activation ceremony. Â This event also includes a red jasper stone and root chakra oil blend that is yours to keep. Â If you are signing up virtually, these items will be mailed to you along with information on ways to use these items to assist in balancing your root chakra. Â
