Yoga Under the Stars-March 2022

This event will be held outside on a screened in patio, under the night's sky.  The class will start at 7:30pm so please arrive a few minutes early to get yourself settled on your mat. If the weather is chilly there will be a heater on the patio but please dress appropriately.  

This is the third month in our chakra series and in March we will focus on the third energy center within the body known as the solar plexus chakra. The event include the hour long self-confidence boosting yoga class plus a special solar plexus chakra activation ceremony.  This event also includes a golden quartz stone and solar plexus chakra oil blend that is yours to keep + a complimentary sunshine citrus sangria cocktail. The entire evening will focus on opening up your solar plexus chakra to help boost your confidence and self-esteem so you can focus on achieving your goals in 2022!
