Welcome to our 5th event in the new yoga series centered around the 7 chakras or energy points within the body. This month, join us for a gentle yoga flow that includes a throat chakra activation ceremony, all focused on improving our communication and speaking our truths.

About the event
This event will be held outside on a screened in patio, under the night's sky. The class will start at 7:30pm so please arrive a few minutes early to get yourself settled on your mat.
This is the 5th month in our chakra series and in May we will focus on the 5th energy center within the body known as the throat chakra. The event include the hour long throat opening yoga class plus a special throat chakra activation ceremony. This event also includes a throat chakra crystal and throat chakra oil blend that is yours to keep + a complimentary cocktail. The entire evening will focus on opening up your throat chakra to help improve your communication so you can speak and live your inner truth.
