About the event
This event will be held outside on the beach! The class will start at 11:00am and we will meet at Elizabeth Point Lodge.
This is the 5th month in our chakra series and in May we will focus on the 5th energy center within the body known as the throat chakra. The event include the hour long throat opening yoga class plus a special throat chakra activation ceremony. This event also includes a throat chakra crystal and throat chakra oil blend that is yours to keep. The entire event will focus on opening up your throat chakra to help improve your communication so you can speak and live your inner truth.
