About the event
This event will be held outside on a screened in patio, under the night's sky. The class will start at 7:30pm so please arrive a few minutes early to get yourself settled on your mat.
There are two options to sign up. You can come for just the yoga or you can come for the full experience which includes the hour yoga flow plus a special grounding ceremony that includes a Charmed Leaf cocktail (champagne + maple syrup + cranberry shrub- which is like a cranberry preserve) and a black jasper stone, all designed to help us calm our energies and prepare for the craziness of the holiday season.
It's going to be another magical evening you certainly won't want to miss!
