Yoga Under the Stars (November 2023)

This month month, the focus is around gratitude with a twist...once in the gratitude mindset we are adding in inner healing and self love.  Our yoga practice will be centered around postures and mantras  for our heart chakra. Our heart chakra serves as the energy center for love, compassion, forgiveness, and connection. When this chakra is imbalanced, it is dificult to get into a gratitude mindset as we tend to focus on negative thoughts.  During our practice, we will work to balance this important energy point within the body. 

This event will be held outside on a screened in patio, under the night's sky.  The event will start at 7:30pm so please arrive a few minutes early to get yourself settled on your mat.  This gentle yoga flow will last roughly 1 hour and will include a short meditation.  After the flow, we will gather for a mini workshop where we will create honey spell jars to sweeten our lives. 

As always, a themed complimentary cocktail will also be served for your sipping pleasure. It's going to be a magical evening, one you don't want to miss!
