Yoga Under the Stars (October)

This event will be held outside on a screened in patio, under the night's sky.  The class will start at 7:30pm so please arrive a few minutes early to get yourself settled on your mat.  This gentle flow class will last an hour and includes a complimentary glass of a special lunar libation after the flow.  

There are two options to sign up.  You can come for just the yoga or you can come for the full experience which includes the hour yoga flow plus a special moon connection ceremony that includes a lunar libation (white wine + cucumber + mint leaves + jasmine-cinnamon honey simple syrup + soda water) that holds specific energies to help us connect to the magics of the moon.  The ceremony will also incorporate a smoke cleansing tutorial and a take home kit that includes a moonstone crystal so you can cleanse your aura and connect to the moon's energies anytime you wish.
