Yoga Under the Stars (October 2023)

This month month we are going to focus on releasing fears.  Our yoga practice will focus on postures and mantras centred around our root chakra. This energy point, located at the base of the spine,  is the foundation of all our other chakras as well as our lives. When this chakra is imbalanced, our fears can creep in.  During our practice, we will work to open up this important energy point within the body and since it's halloween season, a fun witchy fear releasing ceremony will follow.  

This event will be held outside on a screened in patio, under the night's sky.  The event will start at 7:30pm so please arrive a few minutes early to get yourself settled on your mat.  This gentle yoga flow will last roughly 1 hour and will include a short meditation.  You will also go home with a special gift to help you continue to work on this energy point and others within the body. 

As always, a themed complimentary cocktail will also be served for your sipping pleasure. It's going to be a magical evening, one you don't want to miss!
