Yoga Under the Stars (September 2023)

This month month we are going to focus on our sacral chakra.  This energy point, located in the lower abdomen,  is directly connected to our emotial, creative and sexual expression.  Its a point that often gets blocked, creating tension within relationships (even with self) and can cause us to disconnect from things that bring us pleasure and joy.  During our practice, we will focus on poses and mantras to open up this important energy point within the body.  The flow will be slow and fluid, like water, as that is the element directly tied to the sacral chakra.  

This event will be held outside on a screened in patio, under the night's sky.  The event will start at 7:30pm so please arrive a few minutes early to get yourself settled on your mat.  This gentle yoga flow will last roughly 1 hour and will include a short meditation.  You will also go home with a mini sacral chakra self care kit to help you continue to work on this energy point. 

As always, a themed complimentary cocktail will also be served for your sipping pleasure. It's going to be a magical evening, one you don't want to miss!
