Our studio is in the heart of the University Commerce Center with easy access to Route 28, Route 7, Loudoun County Parkway, and Dulles Toll Road. We are also minutes from the town of Leesburg and Dulles International Airport.

Studio Etiquette

Please leave your cell phone outside the room.
Want a selfie? Take it before or after class.
Please turn off your Apple watch or have it on theatre mode during class.
Be respectful of your space and those around you.
Please refrain from wearing heavy perfumes or scents.
Class Policies

Cancellation of classes must be 4 hours prior to the beginning of the class.
Please arrive 15 minutes early before each class to ensure a smooth check-in and start.
We encourage you to book in advance your desired class as classes fill up quickly.
If you are on a waitlist, please check-in often as we will notify you as soon as a spot opens up.
Our doors are locked 5 minutes after the class begins.
Class pass holders (10 class pass and drop ins) will forfeit their class if they do not show for a class that was signed up for.
Return & Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable, including drop-in classes, class packages, memberships, workshops, events, and special programs. If unworn, retail can be returned to the studio for credit up to one week after purchase.
Age Restrictions

You must be 15 years or older to participate in classes. If you are under 18, we will need a parent or guardian’s signature of approval to participate before the first class.
Auto-Renew Membership

Auto-Renew memberships are billed on a monthly, reoccurring basis. To cancel your auto-renew membership, please contact us with a 30-day notice. To freeze your membership, please contact with a 7-day notice. Memberships begin on the date of purchase, but can be adjusted to the date you take your first class. If you would like to adjust the start date, please email hello@rootedsoulyoga.com.
